Medana Resort Lombok

The staff were amazing. D, Hans and Rusty are beautiful people with beautiful hearts. If you’re looking for a stay away from the hustle with few people around and peace this is for you.

We booked this one last minute and around the bangsal harbour, as we had to go there the following day. The room was very big and comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were also friendly dogs demanding attention :D

This place looks stunning. The gardens are pretty amazing. The room was really clean and smelled nice.

For me, it was not what I was wanting or expecting. This place is dream for honeymooners. There was no TV at all, the WiFi didn’t work properly and it wasn’t within walking distance to anything. I cancelled the remainder of my stay and went back to Gili T-rifik

The customer service at the hotel was impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The ambience was equally remarkable, striking the perfect balance between warmth and sophistication.

I can’t think of anything, we wish we had more time to stay!

-everything was clean and so beautifully cured -staff super friendly and checkin was uncomplicated -food was excellent - huge room and huge bathroom - the pool is amazing

Staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Lovely swimming pool and good food. Coffee was a highlight! Really nice to be able to talk to the owner about the resort.
