Camp Della rooms are situated on a hill. Access to the tents is through stairs. Personal vehicles will not be permitted within the premises. Internal transport will be provided up to the nearest pick up and drop off point. Drivers are not allowed to sleep in the car in the parking lot and drivers’ accommodation is available for an additional cost of INR 2,500 + Taxes per night included breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the designated venue. Driver accommodation would be subject to availability at the time of check-in. Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms post 19.00 hrs. Post 19.00 hrs extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Just stay somewhere else and take a day pass to enjoy the facilities. Just horrible."

The only good thing was the restaurants as they were nice and the food was really good. apart from that, the activities for kids are nice and the location is really good.

horrible hotel. completely run down. room service is absolutely horrible. we had ordered coffee for which they took more than 2 hours to get. the rooms were very bad and shabby, peeling paint and hot water issues. The beds were extremely small for 2 people. apart from that, everything about the property is just horrendous. The check in and check out queues were horribly long, it took 1 hour to check out since there was a queue to check out and there were only 2 desks.

It was a huge one but didn’t enjoy somethings Jacuzzi rooms but they were not clean Staff were ok Food inside is ok Breakfast was great though
