Size of my room, property well kept with lawns and manicured, location is good

Too many mosquitos in the room, which was very annoying, unclean as many dead mosquitos were around the room n bed too. The tub was not serviced due which unclean, brownish water was comming in so could not use it.

Only the proximity from the activities

Horrible experience..... U enter and non smiling, Miss. NUPUR MORE irritated who has anyway had a mouthful from someone they had billed wrong, attends me as if Y the hell have I come here... no clear instructions from her then a rude parking vala guy send us back because miss NUPUR more has not given us the room keys in the kit. We come to the room, we have non working telephones and fridge. Now they say they ONLY PROVIDE ROOM TEMPERATURE NO COLD in fridge! Can u beat that? We are not welcome to their PNF restaurant by their manager there as well.... we finally find our space but wait half n hr for sizzling brownie... when I asked to pack my remaining noodles and keep in their fridge( CAUSE WE HAD A ROOM TEMPERATURE FRIDGE🤣), so that we ask to heat and eat it in the night.... he said this is not allowed!!!!! We paid arnd 43K by now and I went to the swimming pool, they didnt allow cause there was a show going in , we then come to the indoor sports section and my daughter 9 yrs is not allowed to play pool table.... the staff snatches her stick, then after we speak to the manager Mr.chaudhary he says they are allowed the staff didnt know... I finally come to my room with a headache and ask the room service for a balm... they say they DONT HAVE A BALM! In no sense this is a five star treatment, I feel I am living in a lodge. Call them 4 times and only then ur work is done.... Btw... all this and more just from 2 pm to 11 pm. And after all this horrible experience they want to play by rules... NO REFUND POLICY... but continue lodge service....courtesy manager Mr. Ganesh Sharma Super disgusting experience They did offer discount later, but still the chaos went on

The food was delicious and true to its heritage and culture, Moreover, it’s a safe place for children and seniors with staff all around the premise. The rescued dogs, horses and cattle were well taken care of .We loved meeting Hulk, the Saint Bernard, It is a fun and healing activity for both the dogs and the guests. The villas are clean, well-equipped with anything one might need during the stay and the help desk services were more than up to our expectations. Over all, it was a great stay.
