Loved the staff. They were super kind to us. Specially vai Bal Krishna at the restaurant. He was awesome and really made us feel welcomed and attended to our needs. He went above and beyond. =)

It would have been nice to know that there was construction going on in the property before we booked.

"Great resort that has everything you need to relax and have fun in the mountains"

Absolutely loved our stay here. Amazing service, atmosphere and the facilities made us extend our booking. The meal options during the buffet is fantastic. I would give more stars for customer service if i could, especially for Mr. Bal Krishna Shrestha. He made sure our dining and breakfast experience was perfect and well taken care of. He definitely made our stay better.
