Hotel Mystic Mountain

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Mystic Mountain. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful surroundings, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very relaxing environment away from the noise of the city. What truly made the stay special was the exceptional service, especially from Bal Kr. Shrestha. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. Bal Kr. Shrestha always greeted us with a warm smile, responded quickly to our requests, and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. His friendly attitude and genuine care for guests really stood out and made us feel welcome and valued. The staff overall were courteous and attentive, the food was delicious, and the hotel was well-maintained. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel Mystic Mountain to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and special thanks again to Bal Kr. Shrestha for his outstanding service. I would definitely love to visit again!

Food could have been a little better

The view of the Himalayas and surrounding valleys were simply amazing. We’d highly recommend getting a terrace room and just sitting in the hammock or swing chair, enjoying the scenery. The food selection at the buffet for breakfast and dinner was really good and great that you can have à la carte too. Staff were exceptional, especially Dil Bdr.Khadka at the restaurant who remembered everyday the drinks we have and always brought over a new local dish for us to try, and never stopped smiling! It was also nice there was a gym with a good selection of equipment.

The room even though it has a heater can get quite cold at this time of year.

The area is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of nature and the mountains. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. My family and I truly enjoyed our time there. The hotel staff were very kind and polite. Special thanks to Dil Bahadur Khadka, who provided us with excellent service and made our stay even more pleasant.

Loved the view from the room. On our first night we stayed on 5th floor but the room and other amenities were not good. Bed was too small. The next day they shifted us to 3rd floor and the room was great. The bed was spacious. Breakfast was average. As a Muslim I didn’t like that they kept chicken sausage and pork bacon side by side. You can try their Nepali thali. And The view was spectacular from our room. We could feel the cloud from our balcony. In a nutshell it was a nice getaway.

Hotel is little bit worn out. I thought they are 100% halal but I didn’t like pork bacon in the breakfast spread.

Ambiance was awesome. Staffs are great.

Breakfast was not that good...egg station couldn't match my expectations...egg was overcooked both cheese omelette and poached..
