"Great stay in Nagarkot"

Great view, amazing location. Great dinner and breakfast.

Renovation works in place might affect the view and go on during the whole day with a bit of noise. Spa needs renovation as well. The room was a bit cold when we arrived.

Great place to watch sunrise!

I had high hopes for a peaceful retreat at Mystic Mountain hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. While the location was stunning and the staff were friendly and courteous, the overall experience was marred by noise and distractions. The hotel was hosting a group of college students on a training program, which made it difficult to relax, and the nearby construction projects added to the chaos. Despite the tranquility I was seeking, the noise levels were a letdown. However, I must give credit to the staff, particularly Front Office Executive, Umesh Khadka, who was warm and welcoming. He even took the time to ask about my experience after checkout, showing genuine interest in improving. If you're looking for a serene getaway, you might want to consider other options. Nevertheless, I'd give Mystic Mountain 5 out of 10 for its friendly staff, who truly made an effort to make my stay pleasant.
