Location is perfect to Cloud 9. Large Rooms. Accomodating staff and manager. Good wifi. Clean. Good aircondition - it really helps with warm weather outside.

Need comfy chairs and table in the room. Food choices to improve.

"Waste of Money and ruined or day."

DONT BOOK HERE! No value of the Money. We had red ants all over our bed when we woke up, they had building work since 6:30am going on and it was impossible to sleep. Loud music playing at 6:15. when confronting and asking for a refund or partly refund I was declined although they fully see the issue.

mixed feelings on this hotel. Could be great, but that's could be!!!....The location is excellent, right on cloud 9 beach. Staff were really kind but limited on how they could assist you, not being there fault

just about everything else. The room is just a bed or beds. There is no furniture, nowhere to sit. The tv was not operational. no coffee or rea making facilities, and the Wi fi was awful almost nonexistent from my room. I would understand if this was a cheap hotel but it's not , and that's where I have a big issue. They could really have a nice place if there were some simple improvements.
