Location of the property is very close to the main beginners break.

The staff does not try to fix the problems which are inside the resort but just give you excuses. 1) Wifi was not reaching inside our room so we have to work inside the resto. First day i had to do some work and when i came in the restaurant the guy which is behind the bar was watching local filipino shows loud from his phone. When i tried the internet it was not working i asked him why he said wifi was full when nobody els was inside the resto. I asked him if he could reset the wifi he just answered no. So instead of working he is watching shows and taking a place for guest to use the wifi and does not want to try to fix the issue. Bad service. 2) We had a room next to the stairs which is very noisy by the way and we asked if we could stay in a different room as we will stay 7 nights. The answer was that they where full which i understand. We told them that we where willing to pay the upgrade to be moved the coming days. No solution came from there side in the days after. Shows again they don't really try to fix issue inside the resort. I normally don't like to write reviews like this but i think it is needed so the staff will adjust the way they will handle the guest.

The staff were very warm and accommodating

the owner and staff were accommodating we got al the requests we wanted including a sumptuous boodle fight with lechon

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Hotel staff is very pleasant.

No hot water. During our stay the hotel was doing renovations and it was noisy from 8am till 4pm. We would appreciate if there was some information of that prior to our booking.
