Booking in was simple. Our room was pointed out to us, not far away. Upon entering the rooms was clean and tidy. Enough tea and coffee was provided. The bed was comfy.

The walls between rooms are not as sound proof as we'd like especially if you have a neighbour who gets uo at 5am to March around the room coughing and spluttering really loud.

Lovely location and the on-site pub was great

So many rules everywhere, I counted 16 for using the pool alone! My bed was bizarrely on wheels and kept rolling around the room, and I could hear my neighbours every word through the thin walls

Fantastic views over Plymouth, very quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation. The welcome tray of drinks and biscuits was much appreciated after a long day of driving. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We liked the pool especially as booking prevented it getting overcrowded. It was truly a lovely setting to stay while visiting family nearby.

Nothing to dislike but was missing a bedside shelf which would have been useful.

Clean rooms. Very close to the beach. Lots of parking.

The food was okay. They were out of a lot of things on the menu.

Convenient for walking the coast path and had everything we needed
