Very limited facilities. No shop, or anywhere to buy essentials. Pub was good, but lots of things missing from the bar/menu

The view, the friendly staff, the place itself

It was clean and very welcoming. I would suggest a mini-fridge in the room to be honest because that was missing, and I normally drink only water from the fridge. ☺️

Brilliant communication and very friendly staff. The rooms where perfect for what we needed with very comfortable beds

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way. The room was comfortable and clean with spectacular views. The site itself is fascinating being on an old military fort.

Just something little but a chair in the room and a bedside table would be useful especially if you were staying for longer

Bed was comfortable, room was clean on arrival, bathroom was clean and reasonable size, nice views when other guests did not park where they weren't supposed to.

Lack of storage for cases (OK if only staying one night but not longer) - if the divan bed was replaced by a framed bed, that would help. No breakfast facilities (no onsite cafe and nearest one not open until 10am) or fridge to keep water and own food cool, no coat hooks by the door when wet, coffee/ tea not topped up daily.

Spotlessly clean walls clean not marked …. Well cared for!! Bed clean n mattress super comfy no lumps or bumps. On a coastline that is absolutely stunning our stay was touching perfect 👍😊
