The breakfast, the room service.

They have a great beach, lots of Resturants , you can get everything you need from the supermarket inside and the swimming pools are cool

Room service doesn’t exist apparently, i have stayed there for two nights at the hotel and no one came to take out the trash, my tv remote batteries s needed to be changed, the safe in my room was broken and the phone didn’t work so i went to the lobby desk and told them about all that hoping they could fix that and they didn’t do anything and the appliances in the room are on the verge of collapsing

room didn't have towels, soap and drinks(tea or coffee) the bed wasn't clean the room full of dust sofa dress was riven

asked house keeping multiple times with no answer

The food was good and delicious, the balcony had a pool and sea view, there was a separate room with a bed and a living room with a sofa bed.

The bathroom lock was not working properly
