not worthy, not recommended at all the swimming pool experience is the worst ever (heating wasn’t working all days i stayed despite it’s winter) & the water was soo cold we couldn’t use the pool anytime !! the food is not fresh not even good (the cucumbers were damaged!!), from the first time we entered the gate, all working people “including receptionists” were upset expect (Ali) working in the buffet, the distance between the gate & the reception is too long & nobody helped us with the bags, the chalet has a lot of furniture despite it’s too small!! & nobody cleaned it during my whole stay. even when i tried to call the customer service or the reception to help carrying the bags for my check out, the telephone wasn’t working!
