Absolutely beautiful jungle-like environment outside, very spacious and comfortable rooms inside. The restaurant was great, I loved the food and the view and the kind staff. Lots of smiles from everyone in this hotel. Quiet and no traffic noise. It's not a huge area to walk around and enjoy the jungle-style park, but it's still lovely and there are tons of frogs at night. Kids love it.

Swimming pools were very, very cold in February. Some pools are located so close to other people's rooms that it feels like their personal pool and a little uncomfortable to swim there. Nearest convenience store about 4 minutes drive, although they have a restaurant and vending machines on site. Small amount of mold in cabinets in the room.

The environment and natural beauty of the resort. From the moment you arrive the manager and staff treat you like family.Smiles, helpfulness, beautiful manners abounds. I was given hugs and will miss you from the front desk ladies. Very special memories.Nothing was ever too much trouble . Thankyou restaurant ladies, the management staff, the drivers, the cleaning staff , gardeners etc A must for all ages of travellers when visiting Chiang Mai.Debra 😀

Unique resort that was very relaxing and tranquil. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Could have more facilities/ things to do there. Eg Gym or affordable fitness classes

Prachtige locatie voor rust. Op loopafstand restaurants en boodschappen. Personeel van het hotel maakte er geen probleem van om ons kosteloos naar meerdere prachtige locaties in de omgeving te brengen
