Beautiful views from the room at the garden/trees. Light, spacious rooms. Lovely staff that is willing to accommodate to your needs, such as providing vegan breakfast or arrange a taxi.

The interior of the rooms feels outdated and doesn’t match. There’s no soft lighting. No big dealbreakers just a preference for a more cozy space.

Magnificent gardens and tranquil setting. Ideal location to escape the hustle and bustle of urban living. Staff were very service-oriented. The internet service was reasonably fast. I like the 'break-out spaces' that are scattered around the property, for people to sit and reflect. What a magnificent property with so much potential.

Lack of basic information in rooms. For example, I suggest each room has a folder with basic information such as meal times; using the TV; a layout of the property; shuttle bus timetables etc. This would save having to bother reception staff all the time. The design of the rooms is also problematic - eg no exhaust fan in bathroom; no hot water in sink in bathroom area; no built-in safe; no built-in cupboards - only shelving. Other than the swimming pools, I suspect that children would also get bored. Maybe construct an adventure play area as well as design an interpretation trail - where children can learn about the flora and fauna in the area. All things considered, the property has huge potential.

The service was good. The airport transfer process was smooth and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Generally the room was pretty big too. The environment was very nice and calm too. It was a good getaway from the city for a day. O yes the thai food at the resort was pretty good too.

The bed was a little hard and the towels were pretty old.

Lovely surroundings, views and peacefulness. Spacious rooms and nice place to spend the whole day. Surrounding area really lovely too.

Rooms are spacious staff are great and welcoming and food is lovely, perfect place if wanna relax with partner wouldn’t recommend for family’s.

Pool is too cold and they play frog sounds all night in the forest unless it is real frogs but still kept me up most the night.
