Loved the location and included parking.

It's probably to do with local laws, but it would be nice to use the outdoor seating area(by the entrance) to sit with family with a beer or whatever. Rarely saw anyone using that area. Shame guests are restricted.

Walking distance to everything. It is a 9 hr drive for us to get there. It was nice to walk everywhere and not sit in traffic the whole time we were there. Traffic is always bumper to bumper. The close restaurant, Daiquiri Shack, was our favorite!! We were there twice.

On our next visit, I will ask to be further away from the door to outside, it slams shut. Our room was directly across the hall.

Breakfast was adequate and filling. Great location, convenient to several attractions (right across the street) and trolley service. Off the Parkway, so not dealing with that noise.

If anything, maybe some meat with breakfast.

Both of the queen beds sounded like they were broken when you sat on them.

The location was perfect for being able to just walk into town with all of the shops and restaurants. It was also perfect for distance to drive into the Smokeys. The room itself was clean and overlooked the river.

We must have picked the wrong time stay, as there was some viper car ride going on. All the parking spots were blocked off with cones and seemed as though these cars were simply being catered to. If the cones were there for any other reason, that was not explained. The front desk staff was okay. They seemed unenthused to get me checked in. Overall would still stay here again, as these are minor complaints.
