Greystone Lodge on the River

Location, super close to everything you have to see in Gatlinburg.

Wish there's more option for breakfast. Toiletries esp the bodywash is in a tiny tube, for a family of 4 is not enough.

Location and staff were great. All staff was busy all day making our stay perfect

Although out of Greystone’s control , very noisy with loud cars and motorcycles late into night and morning were extremely annoying.

The hike from our room up and down the hill

Location is perfect. Underground parking for bigger building out back. The river.

Nothing that is fault of property but car club hogged spots for inside parking when they were not staying in that building. LOUD music all day until 10:30 every night at their outside fire pit despite hardly ever anyone using it. Wanting to get a good sleep before heading out early for a hike was impossible. Hotel should not be charging extra for a river view when you can't even enjoy the river sound with loud music across from it.

Location was good. Breakfast could have more pastries. Rooms need major updating.

Smoking area. Could have a space with chairs.

Great location. We parked our car and walked to everything. Breakfast was included. If you enjoy eating breakfast you will want to go to a restaurant.
