AUThe room size was good, staff were excellent .
bathroom was very good except shower.
ININRoom check-in time full payment of room fee was done. Though not mentioned in booking.com, property asked to pay 50% in advance. initial room offered was having bad smell, after complaining it was changed to another room. The new room has broken sheet in the toilet. Apart from soap, shampoo and face powder, no other btoiletaries are provided like tooth brush, comb, shaving kit. No sleeper in room. The dining space venue is away from the building with rooms to stay. Though the morning breakfast was booked during booking, the staff asked to pay for breakfast. Later the staff clarified it and did not take any fee. During breakfast, the staff provided water for which he asked to pay for it. Moreover, the stay location though mentioned as a resort and 3 star site, it is now starting so not at all a resort, rather can be said as a site under development. The charge for the executive room was exorbitant, not at all expected for this facility.

Everything was good.No complaints as such. Few suggestions: They can be more prompt/active for basic services like: - drinking water -room cleaning, etc - improve upon bathroom cleanliness and shut the small bathroom window during winters. These should be done automatically without any reminders .

The rooms were filthy, the towels and linens were dirty and smelly. I asked for clean towels and the staff just shrugged and walked away. The room was as if it wasn't cleaned up after the last guest.
