The rooms need to be more ventilated. The room freshners used were very strong and did not suit us.

Customer Service was horrible. You have to ask for everything. 1. Bathroom was not working (I can share video) 2. Bathroom wash basin has no palce to keep tooth brush, soaps etc. 3. Only 2 cups were provided for 5 persons. 1 was dirty, we have no cups to drink tea, we have no option but to order Tea from restaurant, and they charged money for that. 4. Only 4 towels provided, no small towels, no bath mats, old people can slip in bathroom and fell. 5. We already paid for breakfast, but while checking out , they told Breakfast was not paid. 6. 1 room wardrobe was not cleaned. 7. Kettle was not working, we have to request to change. Overall, its not good for international or Metro city traveller. Its quality is very poor.
