I loved this place! As soon as I arrived the couple who owns it were there to greet me, and they had the kindest, gentlest energy (even for Thailand! :). I immediately felt at home. They showed me the fruit trees in their orchard and I loved how excited they were about the trees. The room (in its own little house) was perfect and super comfortable. The sheets and pillows were soft, the A/C worked well and didn't blow right on your head while you slept, and the 3/4-size fridge with separate freezer in the room was so handy. The outdoor kitchen was well stocked and even had a microwave! The bathroom's floor was well designed to drain and dry quickly after a shower, and the shower had one of those little on-the-tap water heaters that works really well. The setting was just lovely, with the orchard and flowering trees all around. I was expecting more animal sounds in the morning, but any dogs/roosters sounded pretty far away, and they didn't wake me up even though I'm a light sleeper. I also didn't hear noise from other guests -- not only are the houses spaced out, but maybe this place draws people who appreciate peace and quiet more. :) The 10-minute walk down the paved road to the beach/ring-road was peaceful and I always felt safe, even walking alone at night (there are streetlights). The only dogs were friendly and didn't approach, and the people were peaceful and kind. Great restaurants and a 7-11 were right there once you hit the street. I loved my stay and would happily return!

Full kitchen facilities & toaster etc for cooking a meal. The owner showed us around the garden, and bought us to next accommodation for 500 bart.

It was a really fantastic peaceful stay, surrounded by green, and such a nice modern cozy apartment. The owner (I think Kan) was extremely kind and helpful. It was clear that he really cared and went over and above on 2 occasions. It was one of our favorite places we stayed in our 2 month trip. it's a 10min walk from the beach and the main road, but we had a scooter and also walked a few times which was really nice

We really liked the owner and convenience in the villas. Everything was working well. It was the best place for living in Thailand (we lived in 5 other different places). The fridge is big, the small kitchen is outside and it's very comfortable. The air conditioning was working perfectly. The villas are situated in a quiet place in a nice garden.

The location is quite far from the beach where you can swim. The nearest beach is not good for swimming in the morning and in the afternoon. You should be with a scooter or a car.

The owner was a very nice man. He is very proud of his beautifull garden. The appartement has soft beds and is super comfy. In a few minutes from the beach.

We liked the quiet and warm hospitality. Gan and Toy are very nice going that extra mile.

Knew this going in, but keep in mind that it is more like a zimmer than a full-on resort. Could be a tad cleaner.

Several individual bungalows are located around 10 minutes' walk from the beach. The accommodation is modern, well equipped, and peaceful. The gardens, the fruits trees, and the owner deserve 5 stars. We would stay again.

There is nothing to dislike. Prehaps a modest breakfast option could be provided even at extra cost.
