Our roomkey did not work. Our room was always unlocked for anyone to come in. Staff was very unfriendly and held late private parties for their family and friends that went on until late at night and resulted in sleepless nights. The showers were either really hot or really cold. The kitchen seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. The food was not that good and fairly overpriced. When we checked out and voiced some complaints about treatment of other staff and workaways (who were not allowed to drink clean water but were forced to drink tap water that came from a broken filter), the hotelmanager started yelling at me. When I told him to speak calmly and respectful, he started talking to me like i was slow/stupid, very condescendingly. Then when we left and my friend had to go back for our forgotten towel, they accused him of stealing a hotel towel. for the record the hotel towels were white, ours was dark purple.
