Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux

This is a very good hotel! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the food is delicious. Whenever possible, they offer a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel has a unique dining concept, with a three-course menu where you can choose from several options, all served in a very original and elegant way. The breakfast is varied and offers something for everyone. The beach is well maintained, with comfortable sun loungers. The hotel also provides covered parking, so cars stay protected from the sun. We have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times we were satisfied with everything that was offered. We would gladly return.

One small suggestion for improvement: At other five-star hotels we have stayed at in Greece, guests were offered complimentary water every day, and during dinner there was always free water or/and chilled infused water with lemon, orange, and mint. It would be a lovely touch if Avaton offered the same service, as it would further enhance the already excellent guest experience.

Great location and beach! The rooms are very good too! Polite and helpful staff!

The room needs a wardrobe. There is enough space, but the lack of shelfs maks the luggage difficult to store properly. I would recommend more traditional greeck food in the menues

Die Marke Relais et Chateaux erzeugt eine hohe Erwartung. Diese kann das Hotel bei weitem nicht erfüllen. Und zwar in jeder Beziehung. Es ist ein gutes Hotel. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger.
