Das Kartenlesegerät ging anfangs nicht aber der Inhaber wollte 10.000 Pesos als Anzahlung. Also mussten wir zum ATM mit 300 Gebühr, jedoch haben wir diese Gebühr von der Unterkunft erstattet bekommen und am Check-out Tag war das Gerät wieder in Betrieb. Leider nur Filterkaffee, keine Kaffeemaschine mit Cappuccino und für unseren Sohn gab es kein inklusiv Getränk beim Frühstück, nur Filterkaffee für uns Erwachsene. Golf spielte keiner in der Hitze und kein interessanter Platz (denke ich, als Laie) 😇 Nur 3 Liegen für alle Keine Moskito Räucherstäbchen vor Ort, abends kamen sie leider. Kein Rollerverleih in der Unterkunft, doch 2 Min entfernt eine für 300 Pesos für 3 Tage. Zimmer wurde in den 5 Nächten nur einmal gereinigt und nur auf Nachfrage?! Ist das immer so? Dafür hätte die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt werden müssen ☺️ Leicht modriger Geruch im Zimmer

We loved the view from our room on top level overlooking the lush greenery. The views from the pool and lobby area are just as spectacular. The staff was also very friendly and responsive.

The steps up to the rooms may be a challenge for older guests.

The location was great. Just a few minutes ride or scooter drive from nightlife, resorts and restaurants. The villa and grounds were quiet, clean and very pretty. The staff were friendly, polite and accommodating.

I didn’t have any issues with the property.

The yogurt breakfast was very good, the substitutes the dragonfruit with mango as I don’t like dragonfruit. The staffs are very nice, however, most of the question asked were supplied with “I don’t know”answer. The room was somewhat clean. But we saw a bug and a big spider.

The location: 1. Away from the town proper, some tuk-tuk won’t even go up, the hill is a bit stiff. There was a big (as big as my child Palm) spider on the showerhead the first night we took the shower, the water pressure is NOT consistent, sometime you’ll get burn due to overheated, sometimes, the water just stop !!

The staff at the bar/restaurant (a girl and a guy) were just great, working literally all day. The food was good too. The swimming pool and the views were very good.

The room I booked was dark (you cannot say that from the photos). The main door of that room would never close properly, leaving space for cockroaches and lizards to enter the apartment. I asked to change to any other with a proper door and they said they didn't have any. So the experience was bad as I had to deal with cockroaches and lizards coming in at night. It was not cheap to have to deal with that experience.

Had plenty of privacy and not many guests.

Bed was too hard so not too comfortable

Pool was beautiful. And the property was quiet and relaxing

Steep entrance, lots of stairs, but not a big deal
