The stuff is amazing. Very friendly and helpfull. The location is very good. Best brekfast!!! The view is amazing and also the pool. Big and comfterble room

Located within a short walking distance to Cloud 9, great surf spot. The villa itself is in a relatively quiet spot, away from the busyness of General Luna main area. Facilities were decent and clean.

Food options, including breakfast that was included, was decent but not a lot of options. staff were generally kind and helpful but felt certain service aspects, including regular cleaning of rooms and refilling of water bottles, could have been better.

Villa Maya domina un verdissimo prato da golf. La struttura è ben tenuta e le stanze sono molto ampie e pulite. Ben organizzati (anche se un po’ cari), i tour per Sohoton Cove a Bucas Grande.

Con il senno del poi, avrei scelto un hotel con posizione diversa. Ci sono tante strutture sul mare a General Luna che meritano una sosta. Purtroppo, non abbiamo avuto un buon feeling con lo staff presente durante la nostra permanenza che sembrava scocciato per ogni richiesta (hanno storto il naso anche quando abbiamo chiesto un phon). Magari siamo stati sfortunati!

Problem with the water pressure. The finitures of the room are not very polished. The aircon is put in a far away place from the bed so it just wastes a lot of energy and doesnt really cool much the room. 1 minute late was enough to not get the free breakfast. The road to get there is not so nice and the tricycle usually doesnt go up there. The beds are not very comfortable

Best place I have stayed in the Philippines. I came here with friends to celebrate my birthday, and honestly the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The staff were incredibly attentive and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was excellent. We stayed in the king suite, and the room was very clean, tidy and spacious. All of us had a fabulous time, and I would definitely come here again if I was in Siargao.

With only five villas, Villa Maya offers an incredibly personalized experience. The limited number of guests meant staff were always available, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Service was impressively fast and efficient, making the stay feel effortless and luxurious. The menu was so tasty, every meal was memorable. Highly recommend any dish with the hommus.

Our room was cleaned every other day but not an issue for my family of 3. I’m sure they would have reset the room more frequently if we asked.
