Samara Hotel Bodrum Ultra All Inclusive

Comida repetitiva. Tuvimos un virus no solo nosotros, sino otros huespedes. Probablemente intoxicacion alimenticia o de otro tipo. No salimos del hotel, con lo cual fue algo interno y eso nos rompio las vacaciones. Nadie se hace cargo de ello...

Location was beautiful, hotel was clean

Customer service was disappointing overall. Most of the staff appeared very young and inexperienced; only a couple of employees were polite and attentive, while the majority came across as cold and, at times, quite rude. The food was average, but much of it was served cold. The cocktails were particularly poor — overly strong with an unpleasant taste (a mojito without lime was honestly surprising). I also had a negative experience with one of the spa employees, who was extremely pushy in trying to sell the most expensive package and kept interrupting guests around the swimming pool.

We absolutely loved the resort, from the various pools (large outdoor, kids outdoor and the indoor pool), to the grounds being so close to the sea, as well as the entertainment, especially with a 10 month old who absolutely loved the mini disco after dinner. The room was spacious and included a small living room area and it was on the ground floor which made it super easy to get to. The hotel staff were also kind enough to decorate our bed and offered a fruit basket for my husband's birthday!

The room could have been a little cleaner, we did find we couldn't let our little one roam on the floor, but it was a very small issue and not anything that would factor into us travelling to Samara again. Only other little niggle I found, staff at the various breakfast/lunch/dinner services catered to guests very differently, some guests had tables held for them and drinks already served, more a management thing we noticed not the actual waiting staff, but did make it a little uncomfortable at times as you were sometimes ignored. Luckily my husband and I didn't let this get us down and were determined to enjoy the yummy food and nice ambience in the dining hall.
