Lobby was dirty when we reached and the after dinner menu was hardly nothing for us to eat from. Pictures on booking.com are exaggerated and it is a smallish hotel with nothing much to do . We booked for 7 nights but checked out next morning given massive disappointment

Enjoyable stay, warm atmosphere, great personnel. Cocktails by Sher are top-notch!

It would be good to add sand to the beach volleyball court, at the moment it is pretty rough for bare feet

The room was beautiful. Food was great. The staff was excellent. They were friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately the Jacuzi did not heat up and that was disapointing. They said that they set it to heat, but the water was definitly not even close to warm.

Staff: When we arrived and throughout our whole stay, I don’t think we saw one smile from any staff member. There was one woman at reception who was really nice and helpful but she was only there for one day during our stay. Staff just seemed rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help. Most of the bellboys were always on their phones when attended to our luggage. No eye contact, no smiles. Room: There was no AC in our room apparently but there was a vent and switch… we asked for help on how to use it because hot air was coming out and it was really hot in our room. They said there’s no AC in our room just heating. What kind of hotel doesn’t have AC during the hot weather? We had a baby too so it was too hot for her. They told us they can only change our room which was on the other side of the hotel and it was late at night and we had already unpacked. There was visible mould in the shower, not just a tiny bit, but a lot. It put us off even wanting to step foot in the shower. The bed mattress was not straight and was very bumpy and slanted. Made it hard for us to sleep especially with a back problem. The fridge did not work properly in the room, it was not cold enough to store milk for my baby. Could not even replace it because it was screwed in. Food: Don’t get me started… food was appalling. Food should be the best thing about a holiday, but I have never had worse food than this hotel. The only good thing was the desserts, they were yum. The food was stale and tasteless and you can tell they use the same foods from the night before and heat it up, especially the chips. Breakfast was not breakfast. Why was there chips and vegetables during breakfast? Also, there was 3 a la carte restaurants that were closed during our stay. So we did not even get to enjoy the full amenities that we paid for. Wasn’t given any discount or reduced price of our stay either. Not much variety of food either. Pool: Pool was ice cold. Couldn’t even step foot in it.
