The food quality was very poor and caused a very bad experience for my family. My 3-year-old daughter vomited 3 times after dinner, and after we reported it, the hotel management insisted that the food was fine. The next day, she vomited again immediately after lunch. The management handled the situation with complete lack of care and professionalism. They refused to refund the remaining nights at first, and the issue was only solved after Booking.com intervened. The main restaurant also had an unpleasant smell, and when we complained about the food quality, one of the chefs replied in a very unprofessional way, saying they cannot taste 180 or 200 items just for us. The hotel did provide a doctor after the first incident, and he was respectful, but the prescribed doses were not suitable for my daughter’s age or weight based on our later review. The worst part was the way one of the pool guards reacted when my daughter vomited near the pool. He was sarcastic and disrespectful instead of helping. The service level is not even close to hotels like Albatros Palace, Jungle Aqua Park Hurghada, or Albatros Beach Sharm El Sheikh, even though the price difference at the time of booking was only around EGP 10,000.

The hotel was amazing, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially David. A very special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Khames, the Reception Manager — he is truly one of the kindest people you could ever meet and handled every issue we faced professionally and promptly. The aquapark was fantastic, fun, and enjoyable for all of us. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we will definitely come again. Highly recommended!

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Stella Gardens Resort & Spa. Het resort is mooi onderhouden en via een directe verbinding loop je zo naar het zusterhotel aan het strand. Het nieuwe aquapark is erg leuk en in mei waren de wachtrijen verrassend kort. Overdag is er genoeg entertainment en ’s avonds zijn er leuke shows om van te genieten. Ook willen we Ahmed bedanken voor de geweldige persoonlijke service en gastvrijheid.

As usual it was a great experience. Every visit you receive a high quality service in addition to a new great features and services. For me, I'm a repeater guest and everytime me and our family looking forward to return back again as soon as we can. Perfect cleaning, food, swimming pools and aquapar, rooms,... . And of course great team. A special thanks for Mr Ahmed as he will help you and give you more than what you expect and even what you may think،.
