Everything was Amazing& perfect starting from check in specially reception staff Mr. Ahmed Mahrous & Mohamed Omar they were so professional & they did their best to let me do early check in as my flight was so early •Room was so clean & comfortable , everyday they send us complementary fruit plater & desserts •House keeping was so friendly & helpful many thanks to ( Mohamed Shawky ) •all the staff was Amazing, friendly , helpfully, •my kid enjoying a lot

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stella Gardens Makadi and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived we felt truly welcomed. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the whole Front Office Department specially to Mr Ahmed Front Office Manager and to Ashraf. Their professionalism, hospitality, and genuine willingness to help made a world of difference. They were always available to assist with a smile, making us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay. A couple of words regarding the territory: The hotel grounds are vast and incredibly well-maintained. We loved walking through the lush, beautifully landscaped gardens every day. The new aqua park is a fantastic addition! It’s modern, safe, and provides endless fun. The Room: A huge shout-out for the sleeping comfort—the bed and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring we had a perfect night's sleep every night. Main Restaurant: We were impressed by the variety of dishes offered. Every meal felt fresh and there were plenty of options to satisfy different tastes. The Pier & Snorkeling: If you love the sea this is paradise! The underwater world accessible directly from the pier is breathtaking. The colors and variety of fish right at your feet are simply stunning. We have met octopus and stingray there. Stella Gardens is truly versatile. It is a great fit for any age group—whether you are a young group of friends looking for fun or a family with children seeking a safe and engaging environment for a holiday. We cannot recommend this place enough and look forward to returning soon!

Der var et stort udvalg af mad, hvilket var lækkert og dejligt. Masser at vælge imellem, på alle tidspunkter af dagen. Service niveauet var tip top - især den service vi har fået fra Ahmad Khamis (Receptionchef), hvad end vi havde problemer med, blev løst på meget kort tid. Beliggenheden var ok, tæt på stranden- men langt væk fra byen. Det var helt fint. Jeg vil gerne anbefale dette resort til alle, det er skønt at være, behageligt og personalet er super venlige.

Wi-Fi var lidt ringe, det virkede ikke altid, og virkede heller ikke på bestemte steder. Ydermere var der høj musik hver dag i deres ude areal til kl. 23 om natten.

La sua dedizione ha fatto davvero la differenza nella qualità del nostro soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un ambiente confortevole e un servizio impeccabile. We had a wonderful holiday at the hotel during the Egg Festival. The atmosphere and ambiance were perfectly suited to the Egyptian spirit. On the first day, we had an unfortunate room reception; we were given an unprepared room, but I think it was due to the staff's negligence. Upon immediately reporting the problem, the Reception Manager, Mr. Ahmed, quickly found alternative solutions, which pleased us greatly. He made our stay at the hotel more comfortable. He took great care of us every day, morning and evening. He even provided us with extra sweet treats, fruit, and drinks in our room, and different figures greeted us on our beds every day, much to the delight of our children. We were treated to two different restaurants; all of this was truly wonderful, and I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed very much. He is one of the rare people who truly excels at his job. Also, Ms. Malina in the lobby was very kind and helpful in every way. Because she speaks Turkish, we were able to express ourselves more easily and receive support. She is a very kind and sweet consultant who helps with everything wholeheartedly. And finally, Ezz, a manicurist who knows her job very well, immediately corrected the staff's mistake and did everything she could to ensure we left satisfied. We want to come back again and left the hotel very pleased.

Overall, we had a really good experience staying at the hotel. Everything worked smoothly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to highlight Ahmed Khamiz, who provided excellent service. Every time we contacted him, he responded quickly and made sure our requests were handled efficiently. His helpful attitude and professionalism made a big difference and contributed a lot to our positive experience. The only area that could be improved is the cleaning. While it was acceptable, we believe there could be a bit more attention to detail to make the overall stay even better.

Struttura bellissima e pulitissima. Staff super accogliente soprattutto Ahmed che ci ha assistito durante tutto il soggiorno e ha risolto tutti i nostri problemi, rendendo la vacanza unica, la sua disponibilità e gentilezza è stata fantastica!
