Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all of our expectations. From the very first moment, we felt truly welcomed and completely at ease. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The level of service is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is warm and friendly. We would especially like to highlight the exceptional approach of Mr. Ahmed Khamis, the Reception Manager. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests are truly outstanding. He was always smiling, attentive, and willing to assist with anything we needed, whether it was a simple question or a special request. Thanks to him, we felt like valued guests rather than just another booking. Such a high level of service is rare to find nowadays, and it is clear that people like Ahmed Khamis are what make a good hotel truly exceptional. Overall, we rate our stay as perfect and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding personal service. We will definitely be happy to return in the future!

المرافق جيده و نظيفه ، طقم العمل لطيف وودود ، الغرف جيده و تطل على حمام السباحه، الاكوا يوجد 2 اكوا و لطيفه وقد استمتع بها ابنى ، حمام الامواج ممتع للاطفال و قد اعجبوا بها، فريق الانميشن لطيف وودود ، جميع العاملين ودودين و بيشتغلوا فعلا فريق واحد رغم الضغط في الشغل اشكر الاداره على المجهود البحر غير ممتع اطلاقا و صخرى لم يستطع ابنى الاستمتاع به و غير رملي و به حصى الوسيله الوحيده الدخول للبحر عن طريق المارينا و مش كتير، الطعام غير متنوع و مش مستوى فى الغالب الاكل متوسط الفواكه بسيطه غير متنوعه الحلويات كانت جميله ، السناكس عند الاكوا رائعة جدا جدا وللحق فجميع العاملين لطفاء جدا وتعامل الموظفين راقى وأخص بالذكر الاستاذ احمد خميس ما دفعنى لتمديد الاقامه فى الفندق وأشعر انى فى بيتى الموظفين ودودون جدا وبدون مجامله من أصغر موظف اللى الاداره جدا متعاونين وانا شخصيا اقيم الفندق ب7 star وليس 5star للرفاهيه والخدمات المقدمه اشكركم على هذا النجاح وانتم مكسب لمصر لجذب السياحه بحب اشكر الاستاذ احمد خميس فى الاستقبال على تعاونه وكلامه الجميل ومساعدته ليا بكل حاجه ، شكرا ستيلا جاردن واكيد لنا زيارة مره تانى قريبا"

Fabulous location and so friendly and helpful staff specially Mr Ahmed Khamis in reception and chef Bebo ,delicious and variable three restaurants pharaonic,Chinese and Lebanese, exceptional heated pool with all day activities.
