Excellent and amazing experience

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, clean, and truly family-friendly. The pools are spotless and well-managed, with enough space and variety for both kids and adults. The beach is just as impressive—clean, safe, and ideal for relaxing or playing with the family. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member was professional and accommodating, Especially Mr. Ahmed Khamis. special thanks goes to him. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and smooth. His attention to detail and willingness to help did not go unnoticed and made a real difference during our trip.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff molto cordiale e professionale. Un grazie ad Ahmed che, fino dal giorno prima della partenza, ci ha contattato su whatsapp e, giornalmente, ci chiedeva come ci stessimo trovando. Camera molto grande con bella vista sulla piscina riscaldata. Aree esterne ben tenute e pulite, idem le piscine. Il mare è a circa 5/10 minuti a piedi (dipende dove avete la camera) ma è possibile prendere una navetta. La barriera è una meraviglia, non dimenticate la maschera.

Готель повністю відповідає рівню 5-ти зіркового, велика зелена територія, на якій постійно проводять доглядові роботи персонал, який максимально ввічливий, доброзичливий та готовий допомогти у вирішенні будь-якого питання. Харчування на високому рівні, широкий вибір мʼясних виробів, риби, фрукти, десерти, гарніри. Відстань до моря 5-7 хвилин пішки або регулярно курсує таф-таф, який за 3 хвилини довезе до пункту призначення. Безпека також на максимально високому рівні, питання на рецепції вирішувалися за секунди і найголовніше в цьому готелі, що нас поселили і відправили снідати не чекаючи стандартного часу (14:00) для chek-in, за що окремо величезне ДЯКУЄМО

Leider grobe Fahrlässigkeit vorort. Am Hoteleigenen Steg brach ein Pfosten weg, meim Mann hat sich darauf hin übel verletzt. NICHTS wurde uns aus freie Stücken und Entgegenkommen angeboten, nach mehrmaligen Unterstellungen vom Hotel und keine Vorschläge für ein Entgenkommen oder eine Entschädigung. Einfach nur Eine FRECHHEIT , es liegt in der Verantwortung vom Hotel, die Dinge in stand zu halten- ACHTUNG - hier wird grob fahrlässig gearbeitet

I stayed at Stella Gardens for 7 nights, and overall it was a great holiday. First of all, I want to say a special thank you to the young man from the cleaning service (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name). He cleaned my room very thoroughly, decorated my bed with towel animals, and was incredibly polite. It is only thanks to his efforts that I’m giving the maximum rating. A solid 10 out of 10 for him. It genuinely warmed my heart and impressed me to see how carefully and thoughtfully he did such hard work ❤️ The beach is good enough, with crystal-clear water and direct access to a stunning coral reef — perfect for snorkeling and diving. Even traveling solo, there was plenty to do: quad bike rides, camel rides, and a relaxing spa. Also evening activities are held, so it can be a bit noisy until 11:00 p.m. The food was varied and well prepared, everything tasted fresh, though personally I would have liked to see seafood served more often 😁. There are many well-maintained pools around the hotel. In general, hotel is decent and has a very good location.

Be prepared: even if you inform the hotel one day in advance about your airport transfer, confirm the exact time, and get asked three times “So, I confirm, right?”, the transfer will still arrive 26 minutes late. As a result, the check-in desk will be closed, and you won’t make your flight. But don’t worry — the hotel staff will not leave you alone in trouble. They will offer you their DEEPEST APOLOGIES. Meanwhile, you will happily pay for a new flight and enjoy four unexpected extra nights in Hurghada, completely at your own expense. Truly top-level service 🤣

La struttura è ben curata esternamente e offre un sacco di servizi. La posizione è ottima per fare escursioni tipo Luxor perché viene di passaggio e si trova in generale a mezz’ora da hurghada. Il must del resort e’ il pontile con accesso diretto alla barriera corallina. Il personale gentilissimo e tutti davvero molto simpatici e disponibili, a un certo punto si viene contattati dal manager Ahmed su whatsapp che ti assiste per qualsiasi cosa.

I primi giorni del soggiorno avevamo sul letto delle lenzuola un po’ vecchiotte, poi al terzo giorno le hanno cambiate di loro volontà e le abbiamo trovate nuove. In bagno ogni tanto c’era puzza di fognatura, ma cosa importante da migliorare la pulizia in generale un po’ di tutto e non solo delle stanze ma di tutto l’hotel, soprattutto nella zona ristorante dove viene servito il cibo.
