Stella Gardens Resort Makadi Bay - 24 HRS All Inclusive

Front Office Manager very helpful, and very Polite, big compliment for Mr.Ahmed Khamis and we are thank for his effort and taking Care of the guests requests and enqurie, thanks for the all his team, we were very satisfied, we like our stay.

The place offers everything you need to relax and enjoy some good peaceful days. You also have day and night entertainment for children and adults if you want to take a break from relaxing :)

The room was close to the nights event area and there was loud noises till late in the night. If you want to have a sleep early, you will have to deal with it. The Horas SPA can be improved. It can be more clean and better kept.

Everything about the resort was really great. It was safe, easy to find everything, endless food and drinks. The staff was amazing especially Ahmed Khamis the reception manager. This is an ideal location and holiday especially for families. We were at Stella Gardens but the Stella beach we had full access to and it was amazing. The resort was short of nothing.

La struttura è molto grande ma ben organizzata, parecchie piscine e zone relax. Il ristorante propone parecchie scelte culinarie per tutti i palati e sono presenti anche due snack bar- di cui uno in spiaggia molto comodo. Il personale è impeccabile ed instancabile, le zone comuni e le stanze sono molto pulite. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Ahmed che ci ha aiutato a rendere la vacanza ancora più speciale!

Nagyon szép volt az egész resort, mindig odafigyeltek az igényeinkre és kéréseinkre. Ahmedhez ( a recepción) mindig fordulhattunk segítségért vagy ha kérdésünk volt. Az étterem foglalásban is nagyon készségesen állt a rendelkezésünkre és valóban mindenki kérésének próbáltak eleget tenni. Korai indulásnál lehetett reggeli csomagot kérni. A takarítás nagyon szép volt, mindig megkaptunk mindent, új törölköző stb, pedig azt nem is kértük külön! Az új év éjszaka valami fergeteges volt! Olyan vacsorát készítettek, hogy csak ámultunk! Az ellátás rendkívüli, mindenki a turistákért dolgozik! És nagyon kedvesek!

Még egy melegvizes medence lehetett volna, de ez csak a kákán a csomó!

Restaurant food was bad. Reception is completely useless, whatever you ask, they couldn’t help or made it difficult with a horrible attitude. Poor outdated facilities. Although promised on reservation facilities sauna and hammam were not included into “all inclusive”. Most of pools were empty as it was cold to swim in all of them except for one which was always too busy. Not allowed in pools for the same chain but next to it..

Wat een super personeel! Allemaal even vriendelijk en gastvrij en een super service overal in het hotel.

Toch weer bedjes reserveren bij het zwembad, handdoeken leggen om 6 uur 's morgens
