De Malee Pool Villas

The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, that typical Thai hospitality that is beautiful, super considerate, and helpful, all round fantastic staff. The villa itself was beautiful and the pool area was beautiful… so peaceful and calming. We had the breakfast brought to the room every morning was also beautifully displayed. There is a daily complimentary shuttle also, the drivers were happy to take us and drop off within the area, super easy to communicate also over what’s app. If you want a classy, relaxing and calming stay away from the trashy music, and crowded streets of drunk people this is definitely for you! Could not recommend it enough.

I will admit it was quite loud at night; I think the back road had alot of traffic at night so definitely being ear plugs if your a light sleeper like us.

VERY clean and they will always help you with all of your questions and when you need transportation. They make your stay so comfortable for you, they clean your room and even bring breakfast to your room at the hour you want. All the employees were so friendly!! especially the girls Zee and Tuakeaw <3 If we would ever come back to Krabi, we will stay here again :).

Loved the fact that it was very clean ,organised and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The layout of the rooms makes each cottage private yet together .The common pool is very well laid out and comfortable .The presentation of food and the rooms on arrival was very beautiful !

The kitchen had very pleasant staff though the food could do with more flavour

We stayed in Botan3- Duplex Villa. Really had a great time. But yet there some things that I need to highlight to those who's gonna staying with young children. 1) the pool villa - it's 1.4m which is not recommended for kids thus they couldn't swim in the villa pool itself well have head to the main hotel pool which was just beside our villa. 2) WiFi they really need to do something about it as we have to keep on logging in back each time when we r in and out of the villa. 3) bathtub - was really upset as we couldnt get hot or warm bath for my kids to enjoy. 4) Breakfast - for have more varieties as they only have Thai and English breakfast. The food turns cold very fast as they bring in to your room. Best to consume in the restaurant itself. 5) Shuttle service is only free for 1 trip subsequently will be charged at 40batt per pax. 6) Beach is quite far away as you need transport to reach there. Most of the time we got to use tutu back or grab car back. 7) Restaurants 2 of them are nearby but you can always grab for KFC or MacD or other outlets.

The property staff was very welcoming in nature and helped us in many ways.. They were really overwhelming and very polite in nature. All the amenities being provided by the property were excellent. We booked a private pool villa and it was an amazing stay. Your privacy was totally taken care of and the security level in the property was very good. They had served our breakfast in our private pool which was like cherry on the ice.!!
