De Malee Pool Villas

The pool and room was exceptional.

The restaurant wasn’t on site and you could not order room service or drinks

The place is fine but have some problems and tools and equipments, the air condition was bad , they were unable to fix or cooperate to change the room even thu it was so hot like on a fan kinda air was coming out of the AC The pool water was dirty, There was a daily sewage smell in whole villa But here’s the big one !! The vere first moment we arrived to the hotel We informed them about late check out bcz flight will be at late in night so we inform that we will be out at 3:00pm and we wrote that down and they were fine ! ,but when time to check at comes at 12 they they called in vere bad way to tell as that you have to go the next guest is here , i told them about informing them about the late check out , they denied 😂 And almost cick us out with very poor attitude, 2 minutes later they in the door knocking very aggressively shouting to come out. I just don’t recommend this one at all !

The employees were amazing, they helped us in so many ways. The villa was big and the pool very clean. Definitely i will book it again.

Beautiful, spacious, and contemporary villas and the staff was very friendly!

- Our room wasn't cleaned. - Some of the staff did not speak any English at all and it was difficult to communicate. - The food wasn't great. - The waterwall feature in the pool runs 24/7 and is really loud at night. - The AC wasn't great. - Poor WIFI

Overall was clean and private

Housekeeping was not upto mark. Its possibly because the facility was full to capacity and there may not have been enough staff to cater to all timely. On our 1st day we went out in morning.and on return about 4pm the villa was exactly as we left it, uncleaned. Had to go inform the desk manager about this who then promptly got it sorted with us waiting out by the pool where the manager sent us some mocktails. The auto on and off mechanism at the pool filter was a bit of an issue as it would come.on early morning waking us up. The breakfirst which was served at the villa wasnt very good either, though the staff tried to do a good job.
