De Malee Pool Villas

We took the private pool villa, it was spacious and very clean. The pool at night was making good vibes. They have everything you need to make you feel like home. Smart TV, speaker for music, bath tub & shower, swimming pool.

They didn’t have facial towels in the room. They forgot to fill the shower gel jar and hand soap.

The staff was amazing. I literally never saw hosts that care about their guests this much. Our room is a 1 minute walk to the lobby and whenever they see us leaving our room they come with the golf cart and take us to the lobby which is really nice of them. We were almost robber by a Grab driver and we made it to our hotel safely and told them the story, and they literally calmed us up and said that they will close the main gate of the resort to make us more comfortable. This will not be my last visit to this great resort. Taynk you De malee for everything.

Nothing, except a bad smell in the bathroom, specifically in room # Rose 11. I told them about it and I am sure they will deal with it

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. The pool villa was spectacular, staff super helpful and the hotel even has a driver to drop you off/pick you up at certain times at Ao Nang Beach. Will definitely stay there again and recommend for friends and family.

The receptionist, named mook was very good in customer service. She exceeded my expectation at how she is serving us through the 5 days.

It was so pretty. Comfortable and friendly. It was our honeymoon and the staff were so amazing! Got the room looking good with honeymoon stuff They even made us a packed breakfast on check out day as we had our early flight. Pool was top notch. Had dragon flys and random cats in the hotel area

Umm honestly just the no responses on booking.com otherwise everything was 10/10
