Iberostar Selection Creta Marine

We had a nice stay at Iberostar Selection Creta Marine and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food quality was excellent with a great variety of choices. Overall, everything met our expectations.

There are just two small points that could be improved. The spa staff approached guests quite frequently to promote spa services, which at times felt a little too persistent especially when you finish your breakfast and they stay near the exit area trying to offerr spa service. Also, although the hotel has three beaches, they are small coves rather than wide sandy beaches, so they are not ideal if you enjoy swimming in the open sea. Because of this, we preferred to visit some of the nearby beaches.

Very well kept. Lovely gardens. Very clean. Good food.

Perfect get away with kids. Further away from Cretes main cities but the hotel has everything you need. Facilities are kept very clean. The workers make everything run smoothly. Beautiful sunsets, big facilities and enough space to relax as a family.

Stairs going to our room. For a family with 2 small kids a bit of a hassle with the stroller.

The staff were amazing, our room with jacuzzi on the balcony was fantastic and we loved the pool and water park too

Tesis güzeldi, bakımlı ve yeni.

Tur operatörlerinin yoğunluğu vardı. En iyi odları onlar almış. Deniz gören oda dedikleri denize 500 metre idi. Booking üzerinden yapılan rezervasyonlara önem vermiyorlar. Personel çok yapmacıktı. Samimi bir ilgi yoktu. Gece geç saate otele girdik ve resepsiyonun tavırları kabaydı.

Chambre pour 3 adultes trop petite : 2 lits normaux et un lit pliant ( pas aux normes d’un 5 étoiles…) Très grosse quantité de moustiques. Rien n’est fait par l’hôtel pour lutter contre ce fléau

Heel goed onderhouden complex op prachtige locatie, moderne ruime kamers voorzien van alle comfort, uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt- en dinerbuffet.
