View and location was great. There’s also chavakkad beach nearby which is a short drive away.

We chose to pay for the half board option, the breakfast was fine but for dinner half of the things in the menu was not available to order. No tandoori items no fish items. No reason was provided I think it’s their standard procedure. One of the dishes we ordered (nadanchicken) was so bad and caused food poisoning the chicken was old and didn’t even taste good. And when we reported it they didn’t even have any medicine to give my elderly mom and instead offered no care. Finally a cleaner gave some advice as to where the nearest hospital was although that wasn’t helpful either. I know it’s the food from this place because we stayed two night and actually ate out the first night but the second night we ate at their restaurant and few hours later we both got food poisoning from the same dish.

Food - very tasty and quantity also much better compare to other 5 star hotels. Ambience - very good. We have lot of option to spend time in the resorts - Cycling, backwater boating, swimming pool, kids park.

Staffs are not so friendly. Sometime felt they are quiet rude.

Waited more than 30minutes to pick language from room even after requesting frequently professional trained staff required

This is not a property for vacation with family. This is a property for marriage party. People come there for marriage reception from Middle East stay there for a night or two.one room had broken glass which is a safety hazard for guests.

The propert is maintained. There is public drainage passing through middle of the property with fouling smells.

Scenic location, relatively new property, spacious rooms

Though the location is scenic, it’s far inside public transport, taxi reach and hence if you don’t have your own vehicle your movement is restricted. Secondly though the rooms are neat and clean, the bedsheets and linen were really dirty and old. Last but not the least, most of the staff were not helpful. No courteousness at all.
