Blue Serene Backwater Resort

The room was clean and very comfortable. Amenities were plentiful. There were even slippers , toothbrush kit and multi-purpose kit. The staffs were warm and welcoming. The restaurant staffs, they greeted me in Japanese.

Blue Serene Resorts offers a delightful stay with its welcoming and friendly staff, who go out of their way to ensure a comfortable experience. The resort’s upgraded facilities, including a nice pool area, add to the charm, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The gym, though small, is well-equipped with all the essential equipment for a solid workout. Overall, it’s a great spot for both relaxation and staying active.

While Blue Serene Resorts offers an overall amazing experience, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The resort is somewhat isolated, so guests will need to travel for activities and alternative dining options, though the food at the on-site restaurant and room service is enjoyable. Additionally, the games room could use some attention, as it appeared dusty and in need of a cleaning. These are minor issues, but worth noting for a more seamless stay.

EXECUTIVE BAR THE AREA FOR THE IN MATES GUEST SHIOLD BE KEPT SEPRATE & Exclusive for Residents as guest. Though there wasn’t difference among the local public to the same Launch Me n my wife were facing Rude & Wild staring from local public ,while we sat on ex launc for @🍺🍻on Thu Plse keep this Note ,in order to explore the spirit of Blue serene by Guest staying there.

Food

Nice View. Great Food. Good swimming pool. Clean and extra large rooms with good views to the river. Large Clean Bathrooms. Very helpful and courteous staff. Half an hour drive from Trichur City. Easy to reach and good road condition. River Cruise via House Boats, electric boats, pedal boats etc are available at site. But we didn’t avail it. Overall excellent experience and fully satisfied.

The corridors are dark due to censor enabled lights which shuts off instantly. To be adjusted to have light for longer duration. Minor signs of aging is evident at different places, which needs to be looked into by the management.

The food quality is really good apart from the taste and presentation it goes without saying is exceptional.

Hotel location is fantastic and situated in a quiet lake side. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained.Staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to spend holidays or liesure time with family or friends

The ambiance

There is no toilet mat and toilet chappal because after the usage of toilet the our feet gets wet and I dont have a mat to wipe it off before sleeping in the bed
