Khem Villas

Khem Villas was definitely better than expected! With super-comfortable tents, cottages, and a few suites, it felt like a luxury jungle camp, and no wonder - it's located adjacent to one of Rathambore's best zones! (In fact, animals wander onto the grounds at night...) The staff was wonderful, and the resident zoologists were a great bonus. And, the veg food (for this meat eater) was just amazing! Everything was delicious! We would definitely stay again, and we'll recommend it to others.

The access road is a little rough, but it's the jungle!

All the meals are simple homely meals, well planned. The breakfast menu is quite extensive. The staff is quite helpful and attentive. It’s a relaxing space. My spa experience was also quite good

Door stoppers in the family room were non functional, it would have been nice to keep our rooms open when we were all in. A little attention to cleaning under the sofas in the room

We loved this place what an amazing set-up, the staff are so nice the food was lovely and all the little nice touches like sending you in safari with a hot water bottle and sandwiched because it was January and cold we just loved it. The grounds are also pretty special we went out with the naturist and saw lots of wildlife.

This property is great it would be hard not to like it

We arranged our own safari through recommendations from Khem Villas. There were difficulties with payments. It may have been helpful if the hotel could have arranged them directly for us.

The location, organic food, and service are 7 plus stars. The owners are personally there to take care of you. The food is excellent, organic - from their backyard and delicious. They also source their own milk. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and they clean the room and change towels each time you get out of the room. The rain shower is relaxing. The cottages with the Forest view are fantastic. You may get lucky to see leopards and hyenas on the property. The place is right next to the jungle. There are 350 different species of birds, so it is also a paradise for bird watchers. There are crocodiles at the property in the pond area.

They have the basic cocktails and whiskeys. I wished they had a selection of wines, beer, and different types of Gin and Vodka. It is not a deal breaker, as they have a decent selection. They still have a great bartender who will try to make any cocktails.
