De vijf sterren faciliteiten zijn uniek mooi en kwalitatief perfect. De kamers, huisjes zijn prachtig en de mooie uitzichten blijven imponeren. Alle faciliteiten op de kamer zijn goed. Het is savonds ook heel erg stil en rustig.

De restaurants zijn geen vijf sterren, ontbijt biffet wel, maar drie lunch en diner restaurants zeker niet. De bediening is heel vriendelijk maar mist opleiding en het eten is zeer, zeer matig. Voorgerechten en hoofdgerechten werden, ondanks verzoek om pauzes, overlappend gebracht. Nogmaals personeel erg jong, erg vriendelijk maar kwaliteit zeker geen vijf sterren. .

The breakfast was very tasty, and the view from the restaurant was simply amazing. The pool was great as well. Our room had a sea view overlooking the pool, which was just wonderful. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you!

What an amazing hotel! This was our last vacation before welcoming our baby, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even upgraded our room, and it felt like a dream. The last time we experienced a hotel at this level was during our honeymoon in Thailand. We've never seen anything quite like it in Europe. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Thank you for making our babymoon so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel! ♥

The only downside was the pool area. Some guests would come early in the morning, leave their towels on the sunbeds, and then disappear for hours. As a result, many sunbeds appeared occupied all day, making it difficult for other guests to find a place to sit. However, since we had a private pool in our room, this didn't affect us too much, and we only used the main pool area once during our stay.

The location, the pool and the breakfast

A very disappointing experience. During our stay, we were robbed by a housekeeper. The hotel's response was extremely slow, and management initially relied only on the employee's denial instead of taking immediate action. The hotel did not call the police—we had to do it ourselves. Following the investigation, the housekeeper was detained and admitted responsibility. We later learned this was reportedly the third similar incident involving the same employee, which raises serious concerns about guest safety. We lost much of our final day dealing with the situation and the police instead of enjoying our holiday. Despite the stress and inconvenience, we paid our full bill and were offered only a future free weekend stay rather than any compensation for our current stay. The handling of this incident was unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Utsikt var perfekt, deilig frokost med mye utvalget, personale og renholder var fint og respektfull, hyggelig resepsjonen. 👍👍👍
