Beautiful property, large, with many activities. Restaurants on the property were great, and staff was amazing and friendly.

A bit isolated from the rest of the island, but they offer free nightly rides into town.

The hotel had a wonderful view. The pool was great, and having its own private beach was a big advantage. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. There was a free shuttle service to the city center in the evenings. The staff were very kind, and we especially liked Konstantine, who took great care of us. It would have been better if the water and coffee in the room had been refilled daily. They did refill them whenever we asked, but it was not done automatically every day

The location and views are beautiful, the infinity pool is awesome, private beach was really picturesque and the sea was crystal clear. Staff were friendly, free shuttles into town were great, food was good, spa was great. Breakfast was exceptionally good.

People smoking around the property, the tennis court needs resurfacing as it’s lost its bounce in places, we asked for interconnecting rooms with our kids months in advance and didn’t get them, which was a little annoying as we kept having to go between rooms outside.

Мы провели в этом отеле несколько замечательных дней и остались в полном восторге! У нас был большой просторный номер с собственным бассейном и ванной комнатой внутри. Номер очень комфортный, продуманный до мелочей и идеально подходит для отдыха. Особенно хочется отметить потрясающий вид — он просто завораживает. Отель расположен на солнечной стороне, и каждый вечер мы любовались невероятными закатами прямо из окна и с террасы. Это было одно из самых красивых впечатлений нашей поездки. Кровать очень удобная, а выбор из нескольких видов подушек позволил каждому найти идеальный вариант для комфортного сна. Территория отеля большая, ухоженная и очень красивая. Просторная зона бассейна располагает к полноценному отдыху, а возможность спуститься к собственному пляжу делает пребывание здесь ещё более особенным. Отдельная благодарность персоналу. Все сотрудники были невероятно доброжелательными, внимательными и всегда готовы помочь. Благодаря их заботе мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями на протяжении всего отдыха. Очень приятно, что по вечерам предоставляется бесплатный шаттл до центра города. Это удобно и позволяет легко познакомиться с островом без лишних забот. Завтраки заслуживают отдельной похвалы: большой выбор блюд, всё свежее, вкусное и качественное. Каждый день было приятно начинать утро именно здесь. Также порадовало наличие удобной парковки для гостей. Ещё один большой плюс для нас — практически полное отсутствие сильного ветра, что для Миконоса является редким и очень приятным преимуществом.

Единственный момент, который, на наш взгляд, можно улучшить: уборка номера проводилась регулярно, иногда даже дважды в день, однако не всегда пополнялись бесплатная вода, кофе, чай и сахар. Несколько раз мы обращались с этой просьбой, но затем решили самостоятельно покупать воду и кофе. Нам кажется, что контроль за такими мелочами сделал бы сервис абсолютно безупречным.

Our stay was good, but not great. The property had even more stairs than Santorini property, where we were previously, and strange corridors and elevator set up to get to your room or common areas, not the greatest for my 75-year-old mom. Beautiful property with stunning ocean and Delos island views. Huge breakfast selection at buffet and if you don't wish to go to the buffet, only $10 Euros for breakfast room service. The staff at reception, concierge, room service, bars and restaurants were a highlight. Everyone was always accommodating, helpful, friendly, and eager to help with your every question or need. They welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake for my mom's Birthday which was so thoughtful. Be Prepared this location is VERY expensive (each drink was about ~$20) we raked up quite the room tab during our stay :) even with ordering some of their Approx. $30 euro bottles of wine. Beautiful sunset views from our suite and property, very clean, but cold pools throughout property and in our suite w/ plunge pool. Wonderful shower in the suite with body jets and all. Enjoyed a refreshing dip in the ocean off the dock or private beach was also a highlight.

The room has two beds smashed together even when you request two beds, which was not ideal when you're not a couple. Coming from our wonderful suite on Santorini, our room was a disappointment and even move expensive. Our expectations were not met and were set by their own images on the website. Pools and jacuzzi tubs are not heated and quite cold, be prepared for that, roughly same temp. as the ocean. The only actual hot tub on property is in the "VIP room" in the spa you have to pay (per person no less) to use, which I thought was weird when you are paying top dollar to be there to begin with and spa seemed empty and nothing going on usually. Why not let guests use it. Be advised there is not much within walking distance, so a car is needed to get to everything. I wish they had a market on-site, but only a gift shop with clothes and minimal necessities.
