Munnar Majestic Resort with Pool

The property, the staff and service, the location everything was outstanding. I travelled with my aged Mom and the staff helped us out of the way by providing all amenities to make her stay comfortable. Note of caution: 1. The lanes inside the resort are very steep hence if you are travelling with elderly folks connect with staff and pre-arrange for walking sticks to ho them stroll freely an independently 2. While booking vis booking.com the rooms with and without AC are not displayed clearly. Always check with the resort management for clarity. They are very approachable and responsive.

The property is old and needs updating.

Our rooms were located on top of a very steep hill. Not suitable for people with disabilities or hart problems

Good views

Food was bad, we had to climb little bit, there was no buggy, my mom found it very tough and if it rains it will become more tough to climb, there was no spa, only the room and the view was good

Service - Pradeep was very friendly. Food - Very Good. Overall experience was very good. The view was ultimate. Enjoyed the coffee in the balcony with the view of mountains.
