Munnar Majestic Resort with Pool

The staff were all so lovely and accommodating even when we were late for breakfast. Arun was very welcoming when we arrived and throughoutour stay. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the shower was lovely and warm. They had a campfire for the guests in the evening which was a lovely touch.

The room was not as fresh as it looked in the photographs. Loved the pool but it was freezing- wonder if something could be done about this? Also the breakfast was a bit dry, we were a little late, but if there was a way to keep it tasting fresh that would be great.

The property is in a good location. The view is amazing! The bed is comfortable and clean. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is very good. The room we stayed in was big.

The pool area needs some TLC. The way to the rooms is very steep so not suitable if you have limited mobility. The room could do with a deep clean and then it would have been perfect.

This is a lovely location with fantastic views. It’s not in the centre of Munnar (about 25-30 mins away) but it’s in a nice quiet location. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The housekeeper/chef is really lovely and helpful. Massive room- nice and private.

We were looking forward to spending some time relaxing by the pool (amazing Mountain View’s one side and trees/birds/nature behind). Unfortunately there wasn’t any loungers or anything by the pool and it could have been cleaner (pool itself and area around). If a bit more care and attention was taken here this wouldn’t be far off a 5* place!

Very comfortable room, well cleaned wash room, friendly staffs... Our stay was amazing and ofcourse the view was wonderful. The day started with the beautiful view of the hills. Highly recommended to family and couples. 😊

A beautiful modern property in wonderful surroundings. Spotlessly clean. High quality bedding and toiletries. A good restaurant on site. I wish we could have stayed longer. Karthik and the other staff were so helpful.
