Poor breakfast. More suited to Indian tastes and less suited to Westerners. Very friendly staff who are interested in helping and adapting the food to the population .Location with stunning views. Balconies overlooking a wild and natural landscape.

Great views. Tea & coffee in room. Staff friendly and attentive. Loved the infinity swimming pool. Dinner was acceptable.

Our stay at Majestic Resort, Munnar was truly amazing and memorable. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay extremely pleasant. We were traveling with our baby, and the resort went above and beyond to ensure our little one was comfortable throughout the stay. A special mention to the team for preparing baby food whenever we requested — that thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us as parents. The service was excellent and very prompt. Whenever we needed anything, we just made a call and received it within 10 minutes. Housekeeping staff Karthik deserves a heartfelt thank you for being so helpful, polite, and attentive. His service really stood out and added so much comfort to our stay. The food service was also perfectly managed. Overall, Majestic Resort offers exceptional hospitality, great service, and a very family-friendly environment. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our Munnar trip so special. We would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this resort to everyone! 🌿✨
