Además de la belleza del edificio, lo más bonito de Nirbana Palace fue el servicio al cliente. Desde el muchacho que nos recibió en el front desk hasta Mayank, que se aseguró SIEMPRE de entregarme el room service con mucha amabilidad, una gran sonrisa y un trato fenomenal.

Me parece que por lo vieja que es la construcción algunas cosas fallaban o eran difíciles de entender. Por ejemplo, me costó entender que había un interruptor para usar los enchufes y por pensé que la secadora no funcionaba. Me parece que las sábanas no eran tan suaves y definitivamente la refri no enfriaba NADA :(

Nothing to like here. Pls dont publish this high end potos and stars as it mislead guests. Very noisy all the day and rooms are like cattles shed. No space at all. Very smelly toilets.

All are dislikes only Night some people try to open the door and I asked the reception they say mistake. Nothing in the BF at 9am. Floor is full of dust. I hope they donot mop. Very bad. Not even a single star

The Front Desk Manager Mr Pavaan Sharma who checked us in was outstanding. Very welcoming, professional, and helpful. He made the check-in process smooth and ensured we had a great start to our stay. The positive attitude and great customer service really set the tone for a wonderful stay. We truly appreciate their kindness and support.
