Location of the property and look of the property

1.The buffet breakfast spread. 2.No buffet spread for dinner , very limited options were there for alacarte 3.It was noisy in the night. 4.Spa wasn't good, tried to have foot massage but the expert couldn't offer just a foot massage. You should have without shoulder and head massage, had to drop the idea. 5. It wasn't a value for money

The room was Good & comfortable. The Staff was supportive & responsive. Parking the car was not an issue.

Common Places, except the restaurant, were not appropriate. The bar was so shady, full of cigarette smoke. There was no garden. With family, we were pretty packed in the room. The money they are charging in the name of "heritage property" seems very disproportionate.

"Authentic!"

The hotel deserves the name "Heritage", a very authentic hotel.

Few of the staff know English. Breakfast is adapted to the majority of domestic guests. The rooms have very little daylight.
