Clean, comfortable, great facilities and food. Very relaxing. We spent an enjoyable 2 days here waiting out a tropical storm.

The lobby was so beautiful, looking out to the pier on the water. The room and the view from the balcony are amazing. The pool area, the restaurant and food are match make in heaven. The best part was the restaurant employees, they were so nice, welcomed us and took care of us like kings and queens. I’d like to thank you Sales the breakfast attendant and Michael and Aldo the dinner attendant.

The hotel lobby and the view was one of the best views I have ever seen! The location is spectacular. The staff were soo friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, for breakfast we were spoilt for choice. We also did a day trip with Ayana which again was outstanding. We loved our stay!

Honestly, we came in with high hopes but Ayana Komodo blew past every single one of them. The ocean view room was stunning, the kind of view you stare at for ten minutes every morning before you can even think about moving. Absolutely breathtaking. A huge shoutout to the staff who made this stay so memorable. Max, our lifeguard, was incredibly patient and kind, he took the time to teach me how to swim and snorkel, which I genuinely didn't expect. And Ariel (I hope I've spelt that right!) who took us snorkelling to the private island, what an experience that was. Thank you for making it feel so personal and special! The service throughout was five-star across the board. Indonesian hospitality truly is something else; warm, genuine, and attentive without being intrusive. We felt so well taken care of. We also did a photoshoot with Magkna, and the photos were so incredibly beautiful that we ended up buying the entire album. No regrets whatsoever.

One honest piece of feedback: the breakfast buffet is lovely in terms of presentation, but the taste, particularly the local dishes, could use some work. As someone who loves Indonesian food, I've had bakso that hit quite differently outside! A little more attention to the flavour of the local offerings would make the dining experience match the rest of the stay.
