It's not a dislike but a note. It is expensive, but, unlike some other accommodations, you do get what you paid for. I only gave a 9 because I only stayed 1 night. I hope to return for a longer stay. 2-3 nights minimum Thank you, everyone

Wanted to say the view, where each room is looking directly at the beautiful ocean with its small islands, with such clean and gorgeous design….BUT, what we truly loved was the friendliness of the staff!! From the moment you step in the front lobby all the way to the other facilities, the staffs were just extra friendly and make you feel like we have known them for years!

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, and with reasonable price! The compound is faultless and the staffs are very attentive.

We ordered in room dining and unfortunately the food was a let down. The lamb shank Kaleo did not look like the picture and the fries did not come with any ketchup and mayo like in the pic. We asked for it, and it took them so long we finished the other dishes and the fries ended up too cold to be eaten. We also got upset tummy right after 🥲

Beautiful location for sunset, great facilities. Local reef exceeded expectations

Extra bed uncomfortable, furniture movement noise travels a bit between rooms, lots of kids at pool. Need to use Grab or taxi to get anywhere

All the staff were amazing... very friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was fantastic with many choices. Ayana is a treasure gem with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I really had a great time staying at Ayana. The staff were the kindest, everyone greeting you with a warm smile. The food was also great - I tried Indonesian food, Chinese food as well as European. Everything was good. Also breakfast spread was also too good. Loved my stay.
