Оооочень старый отель . Мебель вся старая. Постель старая. Отель сам по себе тянет на 2 звезды максимум. Но его расположение, природа и красота подкупает.

A lovely breakfast, comfy bed….super views!

Having our celebratory bottle of Prosecco confiscated by the over zealous security(you have your bags put through an airport style x ray machine to stop you smuggling in your own alcohol!!), if you still want to bring in your own bottle, it’s a £20 charge per bottle! The same security guard the riffled through my girlfriends bag, including her underwear!! A terrible start to a 5 star hotel. On to that, absolutely not a 5 star, definitely a 3, but no more. It’s terribly run down, dirty and looking like it needs a re fit. Add this to a poorly run hotel with staff that don’t sound like they want to be there! With facilities that are either broken or out of service makes saying here un inviting! More issues….of the supposed 6 thermal pools, only 3 were open, one of which is too hot to get in, the hotels own pool border line too hot(1/2 hour maximum) and the 3rd reserved for treatments only. £120 a night, just don’t bother.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Das "späte" Service am Zimmer funktionierte gut!

Ein Mitarbeiter "drängte sich auf", um Trinkgeld zu bekommen. Der Eindruck auf mich und meinen Sohn war nicht gut. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war nicht OK im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels, die wir nutzten.

Dirty! Very outdated , broken . Needs reonivaiton immedietly.

Die Anlage WAR einmal sehr sehr schön und liegt traumhaft zwischen den Bergen direkt am Wasserfall. Das Abendessen und Frühstück sind sehr lecker und auf Niveau eines 4-5 Sterne Hotels.

Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat in den letzten Jahren keine Wartung erfahren. Darüber können wir hinweg sehen, doch auch der Service und sauberkeitszustand war mangelhaft. Wir hatten keine Handtücher, Slipper und alles in unserem Zimmer sah unfertig aus. Auch einen Safe hatten wir nicht und nach Nachfrage an der Rezeption und der Versicherung das sie uns einen aufs Zimmer bringen werden (?!) kam dieser nicht. Die notwendigen Handtücher wurden und nach einiger Zeit aufs Bett geworfen.

Un hotel envellit que necessita una actualtzació. L’Aire condicionat no funciona en tot l’hotel i feia calor a dins les habitacions, ens van dir primer que ens canviaven d’habitació i després ens van dir que no funcionava. Les fustes de les persianes estaven moltes trencades i va començar a entrar el sol molt d’hora. Les finestres no tenen cap mosquitera i si les obres només un minut tindràs mosquits a dins. Les tumbones de la piscina termal estan velles i la meitat trencades. No vem dormir més de dues hores i a recepció no van resoldre res. Suposo que quan van obrir fa anys era un bon hotel pero ara ja no val la pena. Les fotos no corresponen a la realitat. No el recomano.
