Szép medencék, tiszta tenger, jó éjszakai programok, rendezett/tiszta szobák, finom változatos ételek:)

Aqua bárban nincsenek csak alap italok, illetve mellette csak sült krumpli, ki lehetne egészíteni pár itallal, és hot-doggal, hamburgerrel. Tengerpart melletti bárnál ahol koktélokat lehet kapni az +16 kor felett lehet csak látogatni, vagy legyen a tengerpart közelében máshol is koktél, vagy a korosztály ne legyen korlátozva. A legnagyobb probléma az volt, hogy mikor foglaltuk a szállást, már akkor jeleztük, hogy 17 órakor szeretnénk elhagyni a szobát, természetesen fizetjük a plusz költségeket. Azt a választ kaptuk, hogy megérkezéskor jelezzük, jeleztük, azt az infót kaptuk, hogy elutazás előtti napon keressük fel megint a recepciót, megtettük. Majd azt az információt kaptuk, hogy nem maradhatunk tovább a szobában. Nem tudom mikor, és kinek kellett volna szólni, hogy maradhassunk.. Első nap mi is később érkeztünk este 9-kor, nem hiszem, hogy nem volt olyan, aki ugyan így később érkezik, inkább az az érzésem volt, hogy nem szerttek volna ezzel foglalkozni.:(

Локация и организация территории, удобный и просторный номер, спортивные активности, вежливый персонал, еда в целом хорошая. Хороший песчаный пляж.

В номерах нет шампуня и прочих принадлежностей, очень ограниченный выбор питания для людей с аллергией на глютен, не самые удобные матрасы. Слабый выбор коктейлей и алкоголя.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly, we can’t think of a single negative thing to say. The resort is huge, beautifully maintained, and there is always something to do for every age group. The organization is excellent, the daily activities are well planned, and the variety of sports programs is one of the biggest strengths of the hotel. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. Whether during activities, sports events, or just around the resort, every interaction was positive. A special thank you to Engin, Emre, Oktay, and Kübra, who were all wonderful and helped create such a great atmosphere during our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available every day. The beach is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the entire resort has a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. This is one of the best holiday experiences we've had in years. Whether you are looking for relaxation, sports, or fun activities, this hotel has it all. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Valóban közponban a vendég! A személyzet minden tagja igyekszik maximálisan kiszolgálni kényelmünket.

Entrance to the sea was vey nice. The team that is cleaning the rooms does excellent job; toilets at the beach were always in great state

Hotel is extremely old and worn out, main building has 70s vibes; baby chairs in the restaurant are probably older then me, all scratched and worn out, unfortunately very dirty as well :( Beach is not clean, takes a while to find a spot where baby can safely play. Towels both in the room and on the beach are super old (label says March 2024, so it’s their 3rd season), very unpleasant to use Food is very monotonous, no beef, fish options are limited to 1-2 options. No vegetable/ meat pure options for baby, only fruits and only for lunch/ dinner. No good coffee, could not drink it. It’s very pity because in another TUI hotel coffee was very good, but they had way better machines. Bar has lack of staff, to get smth there one need at least 15-25 min easily Extremely loud music until 23.30-00.00😖 taking into account half of the hotel were families with kids, if not a majority, it was just awful, walls in the room were vibrating and it was every night. Overall not the best experience, was very happy to go back home.
