The room are dim and the beds needs upgrading.

Location and size

Upon arrival was a windy night. It was howling winds and the balcony door has now seal. The door opened on strong winds. The shower head fell off but maintenance nance repaired. They also came back to fix 2 aircon batteries as it was too cold in the room. Bathroom light also made very loud noise when turned on. The room felt haunted with all the noises and light flickering

The staff was exceptional and very accommodating.

My 1st room had no hot water at all. My 2nd room had hot water, but the shower/tub drained very slow. Neither room wifi worked well enough to be effective for phone or television use. And lastly the place feel like the maintenance is not a priority. Areas of the property need painting and lighting was not always working outside the building.

L'hotel sarebbe un quattro stelle, ma è vecchio come il cucco e necessita una severa manutenzione. Al nostro arrivo, appena entrati in camera ci siamo accorti che il condizionatore perdeva acqua e avevamo la moquette bagnata. Ci sono molte piastrelle rotte che dondolano. Le lampade non hanno più l'interruttore, il quale è tappato con dello scotch, devi quindi attaccare e staccare la spina ogni volta. Mi sono domandata il perché ogni volta che ci facessero la stanza ci chiudessero tutte le tende a modi loculo, ed ecco qui: alcuni vetri avevano lo scotch, una portafinestra che dava su un terrazzino completamente allagato dagli scarichi dei condizionatori non si chiudeva ed era sempre aperta. Per la colazione devi ordinare al tuo arrivo quello che vuoi e dire a che ora scendi, se per caso ti addormenti ti chiamano in camera... Della serie, evviva il relax. Per un Resort quattro stelle mi aspettavo almeno un asciugamano in più, e invece no uno solo per tutto: doccia, mani e bidet. Bocciato!
