Sotogrande Hotel and Resort in Cebu

ビーチが目の前。プライベートビーチ？で、外部と遮断されている。ただし、ごみは毎朝掃除しているようだが、藻が生えており、泳ぎずらい。

食事は、口コミでは評価が高そうだったが、種類が少なく取り立てていいという訳ではない。 ホテル周辺は、現地の方々が入場制限されており、治安が良かった反面、ホテルの周りには何もなく少なくとも１km以上 移動しないと食事するところやマーケットはない。

Все : было очень грязно, в номере была сырость жесткая и стоял сильный запаха спертости плесени в перемешку с каким-то другим мужем. Более того кран от душа очень странно работал и вообще вода нагревалась очень долго . Завтрак был очень плохой, просили выбрать что хотим, в итоге с утра звонят что этого блюда нет. Хорошо мы забронировали этот отель не на все дни и продлевать не стали. Не понимаю за что он трех звездночный.

Ez egy 30 éve épített,régi szálloda. Nincsenek komoatibilis konnektorok a szobában, a fürdőszobában volr egy,amit lehetett használni. A bútorok régiek és büdösek, egy db törölközőt adtak,a furdoszoba kicsi,kád van,nem tusolo és a szoba tele volr hajszálakkal,nem volt rendesen kitakaritva.

Staff was polite

nothing that was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The staff was polite. The hotel looks good in the pictures but that is it. When we arrived after 3pm our room still was not ready, my mother was ill & requested a room asap. After waiting over an hour we were brought to our rooms where it took them 30min to unlock the room they had to reprogram it for 30min they even tried to manually open with the key & still wouldn’t open. After finally opening door we were let in we had to use the restroom & tried to flush & toilet was clogged. They were able to fix it after some time, but unfortunately when we tried to flush in the middle of the night it was clogged again. Housekeeping was gone for the night & the security guard came up to try to unclog with a toilet brush cleaner. We had to switch rooms at 3:00 am because we had no working toilet. After moving to our new room, The air conditioning wasn’t working properly so we woke up in a sweat. The room smelled old & moldy carpet was disgusting & mold was all over the bathroom, it was even growing in the pictures in the room. We have been coughing nonstop since we checked in probably from exposure to mold. The bathroom tub was painted over & was completely peeling off & clogging the drainage. Didn’t want to complain again because we had already switched rooms. I think our original room was locked for a reason because they had to fix the toilet. The building we also stayed in had no pool & was not directly on the beach. If you want access you need to be in the other to buildings. Food also is very overpriced & their last meal to order needs to be submitted before 8:30pm or you have to go out yourself or order something to be delivered. Overall was the worst place I have ever stayed in. You couldn’t pay me enough money to stay in this hotel again.
